ELZA convertible necklace is a captivating piece that won't fail to impress. Necklace features freshwater pearl strand, rock crystal strand and gold plated brass rolo chain connected together by a pair of two-tone link clasps. ELZA necklace offers both style and versatility.
The clasp mechanism opens inwards when pushed, connecting pearl strand, rock crystal strand and chain together.
ELZA necklace is very versatile and complements every style and matches your every mood. It is made with two different tones of metal, and can easily be paired with both silver and gold colour accessories and a variety of different outfits and styles.
Necklace can be styled in various ways. Wear it as a statement multi layered necklace, or long rope necklace, wrap it twice around your neck for an off-centre layered look or separate into three sections. Wear one strand at a time or mix & match them as your mood and outfit calls for.

Delivery Information:
- All our exquisite pieces are meticulously handcrafted in Melbourne.
- We entrust Australia Post for the safe and swift delivery of your orders.
- Each piece is created with lots of love and dedication. Please allow 2-4 business days for products to be made before shipment.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive tracking details via email.
- If you need a piece urgently, please email us at 💌 moods.by.a@gmail.com and we’ll make every effort to prioritize your order and have it shipped to you as quickly as possible.
National Orders:
- Standard shipping 2-8 business days - $10.00
- Express shipping 1-4 business days - $15.00
- For orders exceeding $100, we are pleased to offer free standard shipping.
International Orders:
- Our prices are listed in Australian Dollars.
- All international orders are dispatched via Australia Post, with a flat-rate shipping fee of $30 Australian Dollars, inclusive of tracking.
- Please note that duties and taxes are NOT included in the total at checkout. We recommend referring to your country's government website for more information.
- Please allow on average 6-27 business days to receive your international order.
Returns:
Unfortunately, we cannot process change of mind returns right now due to the limited one-of-a-kind pieces available, so once purchased the item cannot be returned or credited for a future purchase (unless it's a faulty item).
In the unlikely event that your order arrives broken or damaged you can be credited/ remade or replaced your piece, depending on available stock and materials.
Please contact 💌 moods.by.a@gmail.com with your order number and name of the item with attached photos of faulty item. A confirmation email will then be sent back to you. Depending on the item this may include repair of manufacturing faults, an exact replacement of the exact item you have ordered or an exchange for another item of your choice within the same price range (please note replacement of a item of higher value will require you to pay the price difference)
We are happy to repair most manufacturing faults. We repair for free, however postage costs must be paid in full by the buyer when sending the product back. We are happy to replace any damaged jewellery for free within 30 days of receiving the product.

NOTE! Manufacturing faults DO NOT include: broken chain; chipped, cracked or broken pearl, shells or gemstones; general wear and tear including items that have been bent out of shape, twisted and snapped, oxidized or on which the plating is fading.
Conditions for returned items:
- If you are returning an item for replacement or repair, the item MUST be returned in either the original packaging or in a hard case to prevent crushing whilst in the post. Items that are incorrectly packaged and subsequently crushed in postage cannot be replaced. Items that have clearly been worn and damaged either deliberately or by accident are not considered faulty and will not be accepted.
- Items will be resent to the buyer after repairs at the cost of moods by A, unless the item is considered deliberately damaged or worn.
Due to hygiene conditions, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any earrings.
Moods by A jewellery do NOT accept responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit.
Refunds:
Unfortunately we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. Please read descriptions and lengths carefully prior to placing your order as these cannot be returned.
